As always Japan ticked ALL my boxes this time around and did not disappoint.. I had an absolute blast.. and managed very well getting to visit to take some amazing captures at all of the gorgeous Japanese Castles as planned.

 

Added Bonus's were visiting the amazing Reigando Cave where legendary Miyamoto Musashi San wrote "The Book Of Five Rings" ~ GoRinNoSho and also to visit the city of Arao in the North of Kumamoto prefecture in Kyushu where I had a truly memorable experience and chance to interact with, learn and experience hammering steel with the award winning swordsmith Matsunaga Genrokuro and also to experience once again Tameshigiri - Japanese art of target test cutting with a live Shinken Japanese Sword in his amazing natural floored Dojo with his dedicated and long time students as my instructors..

 

Loved also my special time Sword training with Hsan and have started already planning what Castles and Castle Towns I will be visiting on my next Sojourn and can't wait to return again in December...
