Sighhh.. this special sojourn was a less is definitely more experience.. kicking it off in beloved Tokyo but this time in Otemachi, then taking the Shinkansen up to Aomori treating myself to a beautiful luxurious Granclass seat, then onwards to gorgeous Hirosaki to experience the most stunning Hanami at the Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival and of course capturing some amazing shots and of lovely Japanese Castle Hirosaki-jo. Then onwards to another of my spesh places to visit Kanazawa staying in my very fav hotel - the gorgeous Hotel Nikko.

 

I was lucky the weather remained fine which allowed me to capture some magical shots of Kanzazawa-jo and I always love to absorb the gorgeous energies there. I took off on a day trip to beautiful Toyama, to capture some lovely shots of Toyama-jo! Then another long journey from there onwards on the Shinkansen to Nagoya where I enjoyed two amazing day trips one to Nagahama and another to Maruoka.. where I captured many beautiful aspects of Nagahama-jo and Maruoka-jo Castles...and made some lovely new Japanese friends during this journey.

 

Final destination back to Tokyo staying in the beautiful traditional/modern Hotel Niwa which was located in Chiyoda City near the Tokyo Dome where I attended/experienced my very first Baseball Game in Japan, The Yomuri Giants vs The Dragons..which was fantastic, and I will definitely go again! Then flew back to Melbourne and lucky me secured a business class seat on the overnight flight.. so so grateful and as always loved each and every moment of my Haru 2 Sojourn in my beloved home away from home in Japan. I will be back again very soon. Can't wait!!
